Following many requests for our model cars, we have produced this set and we have taken this opportunity to improve the level of decoration. Each of these models now have registration plates, the MGB features the distinctive chrome body lining, and the Triumph Roadster and Vitesse have two tone bodywork. Yet another great addition to the Gilbow Railway Series.

The varied and interesting Municipal fleet of Southend, has been rather overlooked apart from our RM Routemaster in 1993. In its distinctive blue, white and red livery fleet number 302, registered YUM 515S is on route 5 to Eastwood Rise and has Travel Card adverts on the upper decks. Watch out for more models in this fleet.

One of the most constantly requested variants for this model has been the Hostess liveries. This model features the Standerwick Gay Hostess as it was used on the M1 Motorway Service to London Victoria. Our model fleet number 25 registered SFV 421 displays a destination of London via Motorway. An early order is recommended for this model.

An attractive modern livery used by Western Buses in the 1980's was this white, black, red and grey design, which looked good on all the vehicle types that it was applied to. Registered TSJ 67S, fleet number AL 667 is operating on route 60 to Ayr via Maidens.

Decorated in a slightly different variation of the early livery STL 1734, registered DGX 279 is working the well known route 8 to Old Ford. With AG 10 garage plates, the model has adverts for Trumans Beer, Genasprin and To Ireland by Rail and Sea.

Our first release of the latter style Alexander front design used on an Atlantean chassis is in the New Rhondda branded livery of National Welsh. Registered BTG 520J, fleet number HR 64.71 is operating the 520 schools route and displaying adverts for Littlewoods Pools. This model complements our recent New Rhondda MCW Fleetline model.
