A positive identfication of 527 (SCL019) seen in Dunedin in April 2005. The registration of the AB Denning Galaxy bodied Mercedes O404 suggests it may still have been owned by previous operator Scenic though it is not thought to ave acquired AATKings until with Johnstons. It soon acquired registration JCL27, but was new as BYY473 to Hudson-Owen of Whangarei in 2003, where it clearly did not stay very long. The popular coach was sold on to Voyager Coachlines of Pakaranga as 6 (HKT608) and from there to NZCS in Wellington as their 19, retaining that fleet number and registration with Coachways of Mangere who disposed of it to what maybe its last owner, Kidventure of Hamilton by 2025. |

This Kiwi bodied MAN 24.420 was also in Queenstown in April 2008, 547 (JCL55). It was new as ZO9635 to RDS Coachlines of Christchurch in 2000. By the time it was sold to Advance Strathmore of Christchurch it had been registered GQW194 which it retained with next owner NZCS in Wellington with fleet number, 194. |
In March 2013 Designline bodied MAN 18.280 98 (EQG818) of 2008 was seen in the Airport Express livery at Auckland Airport. The bus was later transferred to what was, by then, fellow KINETIC subsidiary Skybus later becoming 828 before sale to Bentley Coachlines in Christchurch as their 691. |
