 Ever the innovator, Reading took a four buses over ten years old and refurbished them experimentally for the Claret route which serves Reading University. Facilities introduced on upstairs were aimed at its student passengers with a lounge area, a study area and a games zone with all the wifi and power points you would expect. This is 802 (YN54AET) an East Lancs Omnidekka bodied Scania N94UD, which like the other is branded as a Claret Spritzer. It is seen adjacent to the Oracle Shopping Centre in August 2016.
