Connex started its first London tendered service with a batch of Alexander ALX400 Dennis Tridents
on the 3 route, taken over from London Central. This had been the Optare Spectra route and resulted
in these vehicles being transferred to fellow Go-Ahead subsidiary, Go-Northern. Here is TA15 (V315KGW)
approaching Trafalgar Square.

A small batch of further ALX Tridents has been delivered in 2001 for more tendered work, including
the 405 route. TA38 (Y38HWB) is seen at the Cobham Rally in April.

This ex London Metrobus has blinds for the N3 Night service and is seen at the North Weald
rally in 2000.

L1 (A101SYE) is seen at Croydon Bus Station in August 2000, in full Arriva colours.

Cobham, April 2001 and L1 is now serving with Connex, following their takeover of the unloved 60 route.
