Arriva Merseyside line up
Lined up in the bus station in central Liverpool in April 2000 is an interesting selection of vehicles. Harking back to bygone days is a very Liverpool standard Alexander bodied Atlantean, another is just seen extreme left. In between is an early Dart SLF/Plaxton and to the right one of the new Marshall SLFs, already painted in Arriva colours. Wright bodied MTL liveried Volvos complete the picture with a Northern Counties bodied Olympian entering from the right.

MTL Olympian N304CLV This 1996 Northern Counties bodied Olympian 304 (N304CLV) journeyed down from Merseyside (Southport) to join the display at Showbus 97. Part of the Mersey based MTL fleet, it is one of a recent batch of Olympian deckers, replacing the once large fleet of Atlanteans in that area. Singledeckers have featured more in recent deliveries to the area.
 
MTL Dart SLF New for 1999 are Marshall Capital bodied Dennis Dart SLFs. This one is for the Southport fleet and is seen in the Dennis line up at EFE Showbus 1999.
 
Merseybus Leyland Atlantean Alexander
Seen at EFE SHOWBUS International 2005 is Leyland Atlantean/Alexander 1055 (A135HLV) which had visited Duxford the previous year too.
