 The small town of Cobden boasts its own coach company, Cobden Coaches, with a smart fleet of around fifteen vehicles. The fleet is mixed, but MAN coaches are definitely the favourite. This is 3 (1703AO), a 18.290 with Coach Design body dating from 2012, seen at the depot in March 2021.

 Two days later 1 was front and centre in the Cobden depot.

 In 2011 this Coach Concepts Mercedes OH1830, 5 (1705AO) was purchased from dealer stock. A similar vehicle, 7 (1707AO) had been acquired similarly eighteen months beforehand but with a Volgren SC222 body.

 Dating from 2002 Coach Design bodied MAN 18.350 8 (1708AO) is seen at Cobden depot in March 2021. It was the oldest full sized coach in the fleet at the time and like the others was standardised on 57 seats. Picture ref C7743 |
