 From the end of September 2018 through till April 2019 a fleet of over 120 new buses was assembled by Hillsbus and Transdev for a network of Station Link services during construction of the new Metro line which disrupted rail services. The buses were given a special Staion Link livery based on the TfNSW scheme. Hillsbus contingent was Volgren Optimus bodied Volvo B7RLE. When Station Link ended the buses were dispersed around CDC subsidiaries, minus the special livery. This is 6901 (MO6901) seen turning at Epping Station in March 2019.
