Phoenix Travel Leyland Olympian JTY371X Many were puzzled by the appearance of this bus at Millennium Showbus. FirstGroup had not been acquiring Olympians secondhand from Go-Ahead. The bus belongs to the now defunct company called Phoenix, set up specifically to operate home to school transport for the Essex Grammar Schools. First supply the engineering back up and it is thought the crews. JTY371X used to be Northern General 3611, now Phoenix 5001.

Hedingham Omnibus Bristol LH UVX7X Slightly more modern Bristol/ECW products, Cardiff LHS 105 (LUH105P), now preserved, alongside ex Eastern National and now Hedingham, L114 (UVX7S). Both are seen at EFE Showbus 1999.
 
Konect Leyland Nationals DAR120T & SAE755S These two smart Mark I Nationals of Anglian operator Konect at Millennium Showbus were both recent acquisitions from the Trent fleet, though DAR120T originates with Eastern National - the other with Bristol.
 
Ex Thamesway Mercedes
Originally Thamesway 364 (H375OHK), this Mercedes 709D with Reeve Burgess 23 seat bus bodywork is seen at Handy Cross, High Wycombe on a school contract with a non descript operator. Note the Motts coach in the background.
