 Arriving at SHOWBUS international 2012 sporting the then new First livery was Wright bodied Volvo B7RLE 69431 (AU58FFT) branded for Ipswich. |
 Two years on Alexander Dennis Enviro400 33423 (SN60CAA), branded for Great Yarmouth, arrives at Duxford. It served Eastern Counties as a demostrator in plain white, being tested on excel routes, resulting in an order for 22 buses for the excel network before becoming a substantive fleet member.

 In 2012 the B7RE was displayed with B9TL 36166 and First Berkshire Plaxton Panther bodied Volvo B9R 20807 (YX11HPP) in Railair livery. |
 Joining the Yarmouth Enviro400 at SHOWBUS in 2014 this Wright bodied B7RLE 66957 (WX55TZU), which, despite its West Country registration, was new to Eastern Counties. The bus had the latest colour wedge branding, using a gunmetal grey. Since then First has brightened Ipswich up with buses branded for Ipswich Reds and returning a familiar Eastern Counties red livery to the town's streets. Picture ref A5204 |
 In October 2016 Wrights bodied Volvo B9TL 36179, displayed when new at SHOWBUS international 2011, was seen with blue wedge branding for Norwich routes 25 and 26.
