In August 1998, when most of these pictures were taken, the new Jersey Bus image was seen on
few vehicles in the fleet. 67 was one of the 1998 intake of Darts and one now wonders what
will follow in future years, with Dennis production now very much geared to the low floor SLF models.
As the Brelade picture above shows, the scope for such vehicles on the island may be limited.

Another Wadham Stringer bodied Ford R1014, 29, picks its way along country lanes in the
south east corner of the island.

A slightly better road in the south west for this newer Wadham Stringer bodied Leyland Swift
on its way to an old holiday camp terminus and cliff walk opportunity.

Resting momentarily, before running back empty to St Helier, at the L'Etage terminus on the island,
is this Duple Dominant bodied R1014.

Just round the corner this Dart prepares to operate from L'Etage back in service to St Helier.
