First Beeline Volvo B12BT Plaxton Excalibur Rail Air coach
Though the Berkhof coaches used on the Reading-Heathrow service still looked smart and distinctive, First Group clearly decided that a prestigious link between their First Great Western rail services and the nation's premier airport needed something even more upmarket. Not only were the selected coaches sporting the new First coach livery, but the imposing 3 axle vehicles included every manor of passenger comfort and service. This coach is seen here on the M4 motorway at Slough, heading for Reading at speed.
