First Provincial electric Mercedes Reeve Burgess 100
Seen at Showbus 97 with Northampton Transport's similarly liveried gas powered Volvo/Alexander was the electric powered Mercedes 609 with Reeve Burgess body in the Provincial fleet, 100 (VCL461), dating from 1987, but its electric conversion was much more recent.

First Southampton Mercedes Carlyle H176GTA
An early Carlyle bodied Mercedes 811D in First Provincial colours is seen in the Southampton Portswood depot. The Devon registration betrays its origins as a vehicle purchased in the days of Harry Blundred's Admiral operations in Portsmouth, which were ultimately absorbed into the First's Hampshire operation. The bus, then 702, was new as Red Admiral 385 (H176GTA).

First Southampton Mercedes Marshall 821
A Marshall bodied Mercedes minibus seen in central Southampton, late at night. The bus has gained a Southampton fleetname, but sports the Provincial local livery having been transferred within First's Hampshire operations from Portsmouth.

First Provincial Iveco Marshall 190
First Provincial 190 (M190XTR) was one of the surviving Marshall bodied Iveco 59.12 buses which were delivered new to Provincial. It was seen in Portsmouth freshly painted in "Barbie 2" livery.
