Midland Red West Leyland Tiger Plaxton Paramount 3200 1006 Eurocruising
In a break from the traditions of Midland Red and the constraints of the National Bus Company, in 1984 Midland Red West acquired two Plaxton Panorama 3200 bodied Leyland Tigers in this silver nad green livery for international work with Eurocruising logos. They were part of a batch of six, a pair in Midwest coach livery 1002-1003, another pair in National Express Rapide 1004-1005 and 1005-1006, of which this is 1006 (B106JAB). Now presevred at the Dewsbury Bus Museumm the coach is seen arriving at Donington Park for SHOWBUS international 2018.

First Midland Red Optare Solo 53050
Another May 2011 view in Malvern, though the flags may make you think it was 2012 (Diamond Jubilee year). First Midland Red Optare Solo 53050 (VU03YKD) is on the 44 to Worcester, a far cry from the days of BMMO D9s on the 144.
