 In late 2017 the Oxford Bus Co took over the Tappins City Sightseeing franchise, initially retaining the special East Lancs bodied Volvos.  Whilst the Guide Friday brand had disappeared in York and Edinburgh, though the latter kept the live guide tradition of one of the many versions of the Scottish capital's tours, Oxford was still running Guide Friday tours alongside the City Sightseeing brand.  Union Square San Francisco August 2008 and companion to GJZ9573 is GJZ9574, still with its UK registration. The former Plymouth Roe bodied Leyland Atlantean AN68 125 (STK125T) worked in Guide Friday colours in Oxford before leaving these shores to work for San Francisco Deluxe Sightseeing. |
